Job Description: Assistant Store Manager

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

  • Sunday: 09:30 – 16:30
  • Monday: 08:45 – 17:30
  • Tuesday: 08:45 – 17:30
  • Wednesday: 08:45 – 17:30
  • Friday: 08:45 – 17:30

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll maximise sales, drive efficiencies, and meet performance targets by leading and inspiring your team. Each day will be varied, fast-paced, and rewarding, with a focus on nurturing your team’s potential. You will receive ongoing investment in personal development, and flexible working options are available.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in leading and inspiring your team while covering shifts as required
  • Creating a culture that delivers exceptional customer service, meets performance targets, and maintains effective stock processes in a manner that is both commercial and operational, while ensuring safety
  • Demonstrating a hands-on approach across all operational and commercial duties alongside your team
  • Ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication to meet business needs
