- Sunday: 09:30 – 16:30
- Monday: 08:45 – 17:30
- Tuesday: 08:45 – 17:30
- Wednesday: 08:45 – 17:30
- Friday: 08:45 – 17:30
About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll maximise sales, drive efficiencies, and meet performance targets by leading and inspiring your team. Each day will be varied, fast-paced, and rewarding, with a focus on nurturing your team’s potential. You will receive ongoing investment in personal development, and flexible working options are available.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Store Manager in leading and inspiring your team while covering shifts as required
- Creating a culture that delivers exceptional customer service, meets performance targets, and maintains effective stock processes in a manner that is both commercial and operational, while ensuring safety
- Demonstrating a hands-on approach across all operational and commercial duties alongside your team
- Ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication to meet business needs
