Assistant Store Manager

Shift Hours 37.5 hours per week:

  • Sunday: 09:30 – 16:30
  • Monday: 08:45 – 17:30
  • Tuesday: 08:45 – 17:30
  • Wednesday: 08:45 – 17:30
  • Friday: 08:45 – 17:30

About the Role

To thrive as an Assistant Store Manager, you will:

  • Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring your team to perform at their best, including stepping in to cover store operations when necessary.
  • Foster an environment where delivering exceptional customer service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes are prioritised. This must be done in a commercial, efficient, and safe setting.
  • Take a hands-on approach to operational and commercial activities by working side-by-side with your team.
  • Ensure seamless, up-to-date communication to meet business needs effectively.
