Assistant Store Manager
Shift Hours 37.5 hours per week:
- Sunday: 09:30 – 16:30
- Monday: 08:45 – 17:30
- Tuesday: 08:45 – 17:30
- Wednesday: 08:45 – 17:30
- Friday: 08:45 – 17:30

About the Role
To thrive as an Assistant Store Manager, you will:
- Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring your team to perform at their best, including stepping in to cover store operations when necessary.
- Foster an environment where delivering exceptional customer service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes are prioritised. This must be done in a commercial, efficient, and safe setting.
- Take a hands-on approach to operational and commercial activities by working side-by-side with your team.
- Ensure seamless, up-to-date communication to meet business needs effectively.

- You possess an outstanding commercial understanding, ensuring a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.

- You have proven experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring high-performing teams while effectively managing people-related challenges.
