Job Description

As Topologie continues to rapidly expand its global retail footprint, we are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to support the growth of our UK market. You will take ownership of our Covent Garden store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team, driving sales, and delivering Topologie’s unique co-creation retail experience.

We are seeking individuals who genuinely appreciate our brand and are eager to contribute to a positive and engaging shopping experience on the shop floor. If you are ready to "Make Things Happen" and share your authentic sense of style, we invite you to connect with us.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Serve as the primary decision-maker and leader for the Covent Garden store, overseeing all daily shop activities and closely monitoring staff performance.
  • Maintain consistent, detailed, and transparent communication with the off-site Store Manager, ensuring they are fully updated on store performance, daily happenings, and any operational issues.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Key Holders and Sales Associates. Act as a role model on the shop floor.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, growth, and accountability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
