Job Description: Support Manager Role

Core Responsibilities

You’ll thrive in a fashion-forward environment with these challenges and opportunities:

  • Provide full support to the Store Manager across all store operations
  • Take leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Motivate, coach, and develop the store team alongside the Store Manager
  • Play a key role in helping the store deliver outstanding financial and customer-service results
  • Drive a continuous improvement in customer experience and maintain high store standards
  • Build strong, effective team relationships within the store and with other departments
