Job Description: Support Manager Role
Core Responsibilities
You’ll thrive in a fashion-forward environment with these challenges and opportunities:
- Provide full support to the Store Manager across all store operations
- Take leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager
- Motivate, coach, and develop the store team alongside the Store Manager
- Play a key role in helping the store deliver outstanding financial and customer-service results
- Drive a continuous improvement in customer experience and maintain high store standards
- Build strong, effective team relationships within the store and with other departments

About You: The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A strong desire to develop leadership, management, or supervisory skills
