Assistant Store Manager - Fashion Retail (London, UK)

Urban Revivo, a fashion brand under the FMG Group, is seeking a commercially minded Assistant Store Manager to support our Covent Garden store in London.

In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, maintain operational excellence, and deliver a strong customer experience. We are looking for a proactive leader with solid commercial awareness and strong product understanding and someone who can identify best sellers, respond quickly to slow-moving stock, and adjust merchandising strategies to maximise sell-through and profitability.

You will support the leadership and development of the team, contribute to achieving sales targets, and ensure brand standards are consistently upheld. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven retail professional to grow with URBAN REVIVO in a key London location.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
