Zachary Daniels is recruiting for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join a leading fashion retail brand in Lakeside.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Floor Manager, or Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. If you're passionate about fashion, commercial retailing, and visual merchandising, this could be your next step.

The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading the team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll play a key role in creating a commercially successful store, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, and developing a high-performing team.

You'll be responsible for:
- Driving sales, KPIs, and commercial performance
- Leading, coaching, and developing the team

- Analysing trading performance and identifying opportunities
- Maintaining excellent operational and customer service standards
About You
You'll already be working as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Floor Manager, Commercial Manager, or similar within fashion retail or another fast-paced retail environment.
