Zachary Daniels is recruiting for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join a leading fashion retail brand in Lakeside.

The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading the team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll play a key role in creating a commercially successful store, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, and developing a high-performing team.

You'll be responsible for:
- Driving sales, KPIs, and commercial performance
- Leading, coaching, and developing the team
- Delivering outstanding visual merchandising standards
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the store
- Analysing trading performance and identifying opportunities
- Maintaining excellent operational and customer service standards
About You
You'll already be working as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Floor Manager, Commercial Manager, or similar within fashion retail or another fast-paced retail environment.
