Assistant Store Manager – Great World City

Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance. Reports directly to the Store Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, gaps specialist covers such as customer service, product education, team development, and strategic open-to-closed execution. It’s more than retail: it’s about building high-performing teams, sustaining chain growth, and keeping Crocs at the heart of (everyone’s) comfort.

Key to your impact will be your ability to execute flawlessly, adapt with agility, and adopt Crocs’ core values through practical, customer-driven leadership. No rigid hierarchy here—you’ll thrive when you tailor solutions, champion speed, and redefine standards together with your team.


Your Influence: What You’ll Do

  • Take centre stage in customer fulfilment

    • Apply Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service framework (Connect, Hear, Answer, Respond, Meet) to ensure each guest feels valued.
    • Coach & recognise team members for moments of extraordinary care—because amazing service is contagious.
  • Master the retail orchestra

    • Lead & delegate priorities each day: closing routines, product demos, promotion activations, and visual merchandising.
    • Elevate inventory control, shortage prevention, and cash-handling best practices—every Croatia details.
  • Foster a culture of ownership

    • Foster an inclusive, timely, and idea-driven team environment where collaboration becomes second nature.
    • Boost wholesale revenue from weekly sales targets by steering strategic approaches to every touchpoint.

  • Navigate all store departments like a pro

    • Span fully across operations—from backroom stock management, POS optimisation, pricing allocations, and multi-channel buzz:
      • Positions handled: Full consumer service escalations, loyalty incentives training, compliance audits & policy enforcement, store repairs, events, and technical needs tracking.
  • Set the benchmark in performance

    • Scale your own key metrics through target-driven strategies, while reinforcing team accountability.

      • Accessible communication across operations and leadership.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Recent A-Level, Diploma, Advanced Degree, or equivalent (preference for diversity of educational background).
  • Minimum four years of progressive retail experience—infinity preferred—from floor staff to supervisory. Stores with category management or corporate liaison experience? Particularly noted.
  • Already wear the hat of a leader: track record of driving growth, classroom empowerment, and workload distribution under time crunch.
  • Clear command of cross-functional language, including B2C/B2B relationship-building tools.

How We Compensate

Payment

A highly competitive role within Raposal Retail standards:

  • Annual salary range: $ 38,300.00 – $45,800.00
  • Adjustments respect geographic market conditions (Hong Kong updates applied), and contribute non-negotiably to local wage mandates.
