APM Monaco is Recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for our London Hampstead Shop!

Responsibilities

Sales

  • Achieving turnover targets
  • Analyse sales reports and data to determine business needs and implement strategies
  • Define individual objectives for sales advisers
  • Motivate team members and ensure understanding of KPIs in order to improve individual and collective performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team

  • Ensure the quality of customer service
  • Ensure that the team maintains communication with customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and support decisions made by sales advisers

Operations

  • Ensure the maintenance, presentation and organisation of the shop
  • Ensure payment procedures are followed
  • Monitor expenditure on blinds
  • Set up staff schedules as required
  • Manage the inventory and ensure that staff adhere to procedures and are trained in the use of the POS
  • Maintain good communication with members of the company and other blinds

Visual Merchandising

  • Improving and maintaining merchandising guidelines
  • Ensuring that the store is clean, organised and complies with management guidelines
  • Work with the logistics and marketing teams to ensure that the store's assortment is correct
  • Identify and communicate defective products as quickly as possible
  • Communicate stock requirement

Human Resources

  • Participate in the recruitment, training and development of staff
  • Develop and monitor training programmes
  • Evaluate the performance of each staff member and provide constant feedback to improve performance
  • Helping to resolve HR problems
  • Ensuring that professional image and standards are respected and reflect the brand image

Profile Sought

  • You love APM Monaco!
  • You have solid experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Store Manager
  • You have experience in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising
  • You are fluent in English
  • You know how to analyse sales reports and react quickly
  • You have strong communication and organisational skills
  • You are flexible in terms of working hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays)
