Role Responsibilities

Now let's take you through what you will be doing. We will give you full training on every job and buddy you up with an experienced colleague to support you through your first few weeks.

  • Supporting the Store Manager with daily tasks
  • You will be a key holder
  • Driving sales and customer service
  • Training and development of staff
  • Supporting seasonal recruitment
  • Inventory management
  • Retail operations
  • Assisting with merchandising and window displays
  • Maintaining store standards and cleanliness

Location

We are located in Solihull and have good transport links.

Working Days and Hours

This is a permanent, 37.5 hour-a-week contract. Actual days of work to be agreed upon and will include weekend availability scheduled through a rota. Our hours of work are 9.00 am to 4.30 pm. During our peak season, there is the option to uplift your hours.

When Can You Start?

Immediately!

Holidays

Your holiday entitlement is 28 days per year (including bank holidays, and pro-rated to hours worked).
