Your Mission
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance of your store and supporting the team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and embodying Maison 123’s values, sharing the brand spirit with both your team and our customers
- Supporting the Store Manager in the daily management and development of the business
- Leading, motivating, and coaching the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience through an emotional and personalized sales approach to drive all KPIs
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to optimize store results
- Contributing actively to visual merchandising and ensuring the store’s attractiveness
- Implementing ongoing training programs to develop your team’s skills and nurture their passion for fashion
