Assistant Store Manager

To be an effective Assistant Store Manager, you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team to be their best. About the Role
To be a successful Assistant Store Manager, you will:
- Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring your team to perform at their best, including coverage of shift responsibilities
- Create a culture where exceptional customer service, performance targets, and accuracy in stock processes are prioritised, fostering a commercial, efficient, and safe environment
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach in all operational and commercial activities while working directly with your team
- Ensure real-time communication remains accurate and responsive to meet business demands

Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Strong customer focus, passion for our products and team culture
- Commercial acumen to create an outstanding shopper experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments with adaptability
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, staying calm and solution-focused under pressure
- Confidence in problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement
- Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing team
- Experience handling people-related challenges
- Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritisation skills

Presence & Compliance
