Assistant Store Manager

To be an effective Assistant Store Manager, you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team to be their best. About the Role

To be a successful Assistant Store Manager, you will:

  • Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring your team to perform at their best, including coverage of shift responsibilities
  • Create a culture where exceptional customer service, performance targets, and accuracy in stock processes are prioritised, fostering a commercial, efficient, and safe environment
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach in all operational and commercial activities while working directly with your team
  • Ensure real-time communication remains accurate and responsive to meet business demands
