Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the store and team success through:

• Supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets
• Setting high standards for customer experience and ensuring they are consistently met
• Driving sales through:
  • Coaching the team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and service excellence
  • Overseeing merchandising standards to keep the store well-presented and commercially strong
• Assisting with staff training and development, helping the team grow their skills and knowledge
• Supporting inventory management, including:
  • Checking stock levels
  • Restocking efficiently
  • Ensuring accuracy in stock records
• Overseeing cash handling procedures and store operations, including:
  • Opening and closing duties
• Promoting a safe, compliant, and well-organised store environment
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing ideas to improve store performance
• Carrying out administrative tasks, such as:
  • Scheduling
  • Payroll
  • Reporting
