You’ll also act as:

- Your Store Manager’s right-hand, assisting with day-to-day business tasks
On Top of That, You Have
- Prior relevant experience at Assistant Store Manager level or equivalent within retail or hospitality
- Strong people management skills including:
- Communication
- Motivation
- Coaching
- Connection and inspiration
- Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills
