- Being second-in-command, ready to fill in for your Store Manager when necessary
- Driving your store’s performance by ensuring:
- Excellent customer service

- Prior relevant experience at Assistant Store Manager level or equivalent within retail or hospitality
- Strong people management skills including:
- Communication
- Motivation
- Coaching
- Connection and inspiration
- Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills
