About the Role
We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager to co-lead one of our Camper stores in London—an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL, and CARING.
As a Camper Assistant Store Manager, your primary role is to collaborate closely with the Store Manager to:
- Execute all store activities efficiently
- Achieve sales, service, and business growth targets
- Deliver the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers
- Develop the team’s potential
- Oversee store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and optimal business efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
- Build long-term relationships with customers across our omnichannel ecosystem.

Team Management
- Co-lead the store team, actively engaging in recruitment, training, and mentoring.
- Foster a culture where integrity, creativity, and collaboration thrive.
- Lead by example to develop team capabilities and sustainability.
Business Results & Efficiency
- Support the Store Manager in managing the point of sale (POS) efficiently.
- Drive data-informed business decisions to optimize performance.
Brand Image
- Uphold Camper’s core values and ESG principles in every customer interaction.
- Maintain a premium brand image aligned with our company identity in every store.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth store operations, adhering to Company Policies & Procedures.
- Maintain efficient processes for optimal customer experience in the omnichannel era.
About You
You are our perfect match if you:
- Have a deep passion for retail (both in-store and omnichannel).
- Bring minimum 1-year experience in leading a team.
- Are a full-time, dependable professional with flexibility to commit.
- Understand the criticality of customer-centricity and have a strong omnichannel mindset.
- Embrace team collaboration, high energy, and outstanding leadership skills.
- Prioritize clear communication and decisive decision-making with results-driven focus.
- Encourage curiosity, diversity, and innovation within your approach.
- Communicate in fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
