💷 £15,624 per annum (£26,040 FTE)
⏰ 22.5 hours per week (3 days out of 7 on a rota basis)

About The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, taking the lead when required. You'll help drive sales, maximise donations, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure the store remains welcoming, professional and well-presented.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the achievement of income and profit targets
- Assisting with promotional and seasonal campaigns
- Maximising donations and maintaining a consistent flow of saleable stock
- Promoting Gift Aid in line with targets and procedures
- Monitoring stock turnover and supporting furniture sourcing
- Contributing to the effective coordination of collection and delivery services
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in a retail management environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and support a diverse team
- Confidence working towards financial targets and budgets
