Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead sales, service and store performance: Drive revenue growth, profit maximization, and exceptional customer experience across Tommy Hilfiger menswear.
- Visual appeal: Maintain and enhance in-store visual merchandising—ensuring alignment with brand directives and beach-ready store presentation.
- Effective collaboration: Partner closely with Visual Merchandising teams, the Store Manager, and senior leadership to sustain brand integrity and merchandising excellence.
- Business legacy: Analysis of key metrics and development of actionable strategies to optimize every touchpoint.
