Shifts Available: 38.75 hours per week
- Sunday: 09:15–17:45
- Monday: 09:00–17:30
- Tuesday: 12:15–20:45
- Thursday: 09:00–17:30
- Friday: 09:00–17:30
About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll be a key part of the management team, ensuring the success of your store and inspiring your team to achieve targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead from the heart – Train, coach, and inspire your team, preparing them for future success and fostering an inclusive, positive environment.
- Be a role model – Motivate your team to embody the brand values daily and celebrate collective victories.
- Customer-first mindset – Put every customer’s needs at the forefront, personalising experiences and ensuring your team delivers outstanding service.
- Hands-on operations – Collaborate with your Store Manager to manage:
- Store profitability and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Payroll, hiring, and scheduling
- Stock control and floor presentation
- Visual excellence – Maintain high brand visual standards, supporting the in-store execution and ensuring your team meets aesthetic requirements.
- Innovation & collaboration – Drive growth through vision, actively listen to your team, and share ideas with partners across the business.
- Ensure store efficiency – Oversee:
- Product launches and floor plan changes
- Health & Safety (H&S) compliance
- Store audits and stock counting
