Aim to lead with passion and energise the team to deliver an exceptional Sunglass Hut experience.
- Drive high-energy, feel-good culture where teams succeed.
- Coach and develop your team to exceed sales targets and celebrate every win.
- Support daily store operations and step in when the Store Manager is unavailable.
- Build team morale, attract talent, and embody personality, confidence, and style.

- Lead from the front, ensuring a remarkable customer experience.

- Ensure seamless store operations, covering duties when needed.
- Help hire and develop talent who bring the Sunglass Hut energy.
Requirements
- Retail experience with leadership or supervisory exposure.
- A track record of driving sales growth and improving team performance.
- Charismatic, natural leader with outstanding people skills and energy.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-energy retail environment.
- Belief in personalised leadership—the key to building a winning team.
