In our NIKE Retail Stores we use special job names for our positions: an Assistant Store Manager is called "Assistant Head Coach",
We are looking for an Assistant Head Coach Visual Merchandising & Styling responsible for driving the strategies, plans, and processes that ensure the highest level of visual merchandising and styling execution within the London Flagship.
As an Visual Merchandising & Styling Assistant Head Coach you are:
- Working in close collaboration with the Head Coach Visual merchandising & styling and Retail Operations specialist (product marketing) to adopt and apply Geo Visual Merchandising and styling direction. Ensure a high standard of execution and retail marketing standards to ensure we are driving the complete Nike brand offense in London.
- Lead, coach and inspire the London Flagship VMS team with a clear vision of success and enable the team to deliver the highest visual standards in the industry, delivering benchmark results by driving process efficiency and personal development.
- Collaborate with the HC VMS & Retail operations specialist to plan zonings based on consumer mindsets, key product stories and Product marketing elements.
- Manage, track, and assess resources including full accountability for inventory, maintenance of fixtures, fittings, mannequins, and VMS materials as well as allocation and focus of human resources to ensure a world-class consumer experience on a 365 base.
- Analyze business results and drive a balance between commerciality and brand experience. Work in partnership with VMS coaches to drive business KPI’s, ensuring regular photo capture of product executions. Ensure executions align with Global/Geo brand strategies, use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve the consumer experience.
- Execute training strategies to ensure the team has adequate knowledge of visual standards, visual merchandising techniques, seasonal trends and develop strong presentation and training skills.

What You Bring
- A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport
- Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions
- Very good command of English language (written and spoken)
- Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team
- Strong focus on communication
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
