Assistant Manager Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join a well-loved retailer in a busy store! Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, supporting the day-to-day running of the store, and creating a positive environment where both customers and the team can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the store team to achieve sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high store presentation standards
- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and product displays
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve store performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and operational standards
- Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence

About You
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory, senior sales, or Assistant Manager role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
