RE:SCULPT is a boutique fitness brand built around athletic strength training on the Maxformer. We're looking for a friendly, switched-on Assistant Studio Supervisor for our Nine Elms studio, our London flagship.
You'll be the first face our members see and a big part of why they keep coming back. This role is about energy, standards, and community.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Welcome, check in, and look after all clients
- Sell memberships and merchandise
- Lead and support the Front of House team
- Respond to client emails and messages
- Plan and run studio events and challenges
- Grow the studio community
- Manage the staff rota and prep for payroll
- Order studio stock
- Sell and mix our RE:FUEL shakes
- Keep Front of House and studio areas spotless
- Support studio social media and communications
- Help instructors with set-up and close down

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Fitness industry experience, ideally with Supervisor experience in a customer-facing role
- Mariana Tek knowledge a bonus, not essential
- A friendly, confident manner and a genuine love of working with people
- A cool head when things get tricky
- Flexibility. Early starts, evenings, and weekends are all part of the job

PAY:
Basic plus commission
HOURS:
15 - 20 hours per week
