Position: Assistant Support Worker

Location: Amersham

Salary: £15,303 per annum/£13.08 per hour

Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours per week)

Join our compassionate team at Stokebury House, a supported living service with 12 self-contained flats for people with mental health needs. We work collaboratively to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where individuals feel respected, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.

  • Support with medication and daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
  • Encouraging community involvement and local activities
  • Following individual support plans and risk assessments

3 days per week, including alternate weekends and sleep-in shifts (paid at £52.78 per sleep-in).

About You

You are caring, reliable, and proactive, with good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different needs. You value teamwork and inclusion, and you are happy to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
