Assistant Surveyor

Our Assistant Surveyor role provides essential technical and administrative support to a team managing estates services for occupier clients across their property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling property management queries and issues
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and client organisations to address inquiries and escalations
- Obtaining landlord consents for property-related requests
- Updating and maintaining schedules (primarily in Microsoft Excel) for portfolio activities and client reporting
- Collating responses from internal Cushman & Wakefield teams to support client information requests
- Verifying basic occupancy details (e.g., current rent, landlord changes)
- Developing bespoke spreadsheet models to analyse data and improve efficiency
- Performing additional tasks as required by the team

Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree qualification is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Familiarity with property management and an understanding of lease terms are essential
- Strong client-facing experience, including clear communication and relationship-building
Essential Skills & Software Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in:
- Microsoft Excel (including data modelling and analysis)
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal English command
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Prioritisation and efficient time management under tight deadlines
