The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH)

The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is the front door to Children’s Services, bringing together partner agencies to share information, assess risk and make timely safeguarding decisions for children and families.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Team Manager to support the leadership and day-to-day operational management of our busy and fast-paced MASH service.

You will provide guidance, oversight, and reflective support to social workers, support effective multi-agency decision-making and help ensure children receive the right response at the right time.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner or aspiring manager who is passionate about safeguarding, partnership working and achieving positive outcomes for children and families.
