Role Description

The Assistant to the Director role at FRESH BITES GROUP is a part-time, on-site position based in Birmingham. The assistant supports the Director with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and handling correspondence. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, assisting with customer inquiries, and preparing basic reports and presentations. The assistant may help with research related to new products or markets, track budget-related information, and ensure smooth communication across the organization.
