Assistant to the Directors Corporate – Executive Admin Team 📍 Gloucestershire Hospitals (Cheltenham & Gloucester – hybrid) 💷 £29,333 per annum | Permanent | 37.5 hours

Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS) is looking for a professional, discreet and proactive Assistant to the Directors to provide high-level, confidential support to Directors and the Senior Leadership Team. This is a trusted role at the centre of the organisation, supporting effective leadership, governance and decision-making.
🗂️ What you’ll be doing
- Providing confidential executive support to Directors and senior leaders
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, correspondence and competing priorities
- Preparing agendas, papers, presentations and briefing materials
- Taking accurate minutes and tracking actions for executive and committee meetings
- Supporting governance processes and document control
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders

🧩 About you
- Experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative role
- Highly organised, professional and detail-focused
- Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong communication and minute-taking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
Experience in NHS or wider public sector is beneficial but not essential.
