We're working closely with one of our best clients, a highly respected planning-led multidisciplinary consultancy based in Leeds. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of major development projects, they're looking to expand their Planning Team.
They're looking for professionals who are keen to work on a range of high profile projects, including major commercial schemes, retail developments, industrial, logistics projects, mixed-use developments, regeneration projects, residential schemes, retail, employment, and data centre developments.

- Title: Assistant Town Planner
- Experience: 6+ months
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + EOT Bonus + Discretionary Annual Bonus
- Location: Central Leeds

- Hybrid Working: 3 days in office

🔎 WHO THEY'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Working towards RTPI Chartership
- Strong UK planning consultancy or development experience
- Experience managing planning applications and client relationships
- Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
- Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing business
- Experience across commercial, residential, mixed-use, logistics, regeneration or related sectors
