About The Role
The Assistant Training Manager/Lead Trainer will play a key role in elevating service quality across the London chauffeur fleet. As we continue to grow in one of Europe’s most recognised markets, this role is essential to ensuring every chauffeur consistently delivers Wheely’s service standards. The position focuses on delivering engaging training to chauffeurs, managing and adapting learning content for the London market.

You’ll:
- Polishing key skills for five-star luxury customer experience delivery
- Supporting performance assessments via clear, constructive feedback
- Leading 1:1 coaching sessions to drive continuous improvement
- Serving as the local chauffeur expert, ensuring operationally seamless service
Ideal candidates will have the passion and authority to directly shape service excellence and enhance passenger experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs for Wheely chauffeurs, ensuring exceptionally high luxury customer service standards are met
- Maintain and develop country-specific learning initiatives for London’s market
- Support and coach chauffeurs by acting as their subject-matter expert
- Assess chauffeur performance against Wheely Standards with structured feedback
- Provide 1:1 coaching and developmental support for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with regional peers to refine processes and enhance passenger experience consistency

Requirements
- Passion for facilitation and training others
- 3+ years in a specialised training role
- Proven track record in engaging training programs that meet strict customer-focused standards
- In-depth PowerPoint/Google Slides proficiency (Articulate 360 suite: a plus)
- 2+ years customer-facing experience, ideally in luxury services
- Commitment to attention to detail with exceptional training execution
- Strong development mindset that motivates others to excel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with luxury vehicles and specifications
