About The Role
£37,878 basic salary + Car / Car Allowance + Up to 10 % Bonus + Benefits Based at Castle Donnington
You will be covering across Stoke, Castle Donnington and Birmingham as and when required. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Bank Holiday working Full UK Driving Licence is required for this role.
What will I be doing?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Service Delivery Manager (ASDM) to support the continued growth and development of our operations.
Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting compliance, and driving performance across the business.
Although the role is based at our Castle Donnington depot, regular regional travel will be required to support other locations.

- Ensuring that Health and Safety compliance is adhered to at all times.
- Route planning, overseeing drivers, ensuring that vehicles are up to date with their annual checks.
- Comfortable ensuring that high levels of customer service is delivered at all times.
What are the requirements?
- Strong understanding of fleet compliance and transport operations.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
- IOSH Certificate (or higher qualification) required.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
Desirable Qualifications
- CPC in Road Haulage is advantageous, but not required.
- COTC in Waste Management and Transfer, is advantageous, but not required.
