Assistant Warehouse Manager | Kent | £35,000 - 40,000

Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, motivating teams and driving operational performance?

We're recruiting for an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join a well-established and growing business in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Warehouse Manager who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced distribution environment.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation. You'll lead from the front, supporting goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control activities while helping to ensure performance, accuracy, and service levels remain high.

This is a practical leadership position, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, supporting the team, and stepping in wherever required to keep operations running smoothly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
