We're looking for Mobile Technician Assistants to join our team, supporting our Mobile Technicians in delivering high-quality vehicle glass repairs and replacements across a variety of vehicles.
As a Mobile Technician Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced technicians, learning valuable skills, supporting daily operations, and developing your knowledge with the opportunity to progress into a fully qualified Mobile Technician role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting Mobile Technicians with vehicle glass repairs and replacements
- Preparing vehicles, tools, and equipment for repair work
- Supporting technicians in delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and stock levels
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Learning technical skills and industry knowledge through on-the-job training
- Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues

What We're Looking For
- A practical, hands-on approach to work
- Interest in automotive, mechanical, or technical work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not essential
