Job Title: Associate

Location: Manchester

Type: Full-time

Are you a recent graduate ready to kickstart your career in sales and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? We’re looking for a hungry, motivated associate, BDR or talent partner to join our early-stage startup and help us scale our business from the ground up.

About us:

As a small, dynamic team, every person makes a difference, and you’ll have the chance to shape our growth strategy from day one.

What You’ll do

  • Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging.
  • Learn the ins and outs of B2B sales in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong interest in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural curiosity.
  • Ambition, resilience, and a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Passion for technology/startups is a big plus.
  • No previous experience needed
