We are only just starting to unlock the potential of what @Druce is capable of, and our Associate opportunity is going to help us achieve this together. This role is highly valuable to our success, and we are incredibly excited to introduce this opportunity to the market.

The role

With a passion for the London residential market, we are looking to enlist an Associate with the freedom to progress both sales and lettings deals.
Possess a detailed understanding of all properties listed within the individual’s own portfolio, area and region, @Druce
Receive all incoming leads for applicants, both Sales and Lettings, further qualify them, developing the relationship to a level necessary to service their property-related needs
Identify suitable properties for applicants and arrange viewings accordingly
Continue communication and requalify applicants to generate further viewings and offers
Lead and progress the sales/lettings process once under offer by continuously communicating with all stakeholders with administration support
Ensure readiness of the property before the move-in date with support from Property Management, as necessary
Actively up-sell and cross-sell our additional products to all customers engaging with @Druce (e.g. insurance, mortgage etc.)
Generate and carry out self market appraisals for both Sales and Lettings, and progress each to new property instructions
Carry out any additional appraisals allocated to them by the Area Manager

The person

We are looking to enlist people who embody this through:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a real estate sales and/or lettings environment
  • Highly self-driven individual with ability to create, maintain and develop relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and able to connect with clients, both in-person and over the phone
  • Ability to understand market trends, local competition and specific property attributes, in addition to being able to articulate the @Druce Difference to potential customers
  • Strong ability to negotiate and influence customer’s decision-making
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of both the Sales and Lettings processes, document requirements, regulations, compliance and overall markets etc
  • Capability to excel in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction
