Corporate Real Estate Associate — London
Wanted - Irish lawyers seeking to relocate to London.
The Company:
US law firm, based in London with a distinguished, growing Real Estate practice
- Deep bench of corporate lawyers with specialist real estate expertise, backed by integrated access to the firm's broader global capabilities
The Role:
- Work closely with Partners on a wide range of high-value, sophisticated and complex transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions/dispositions, capital solutions and complex M&A with real estate components
- Cross-border, multi-jurisdictional deal work alongside Tax, Finance and Private Equity teams
- Significant client exposure and the chance to work on headline global deals

The Person:
- 2-4 years PQE with strong transactional experience in real estate or a related discipline
- Trained and currently practising at a tier 1 law firm or top international law firm
- Comfortable operating at mid-level on complex, high-value transactions with direct client contact
