The Department
The team has a strategic vision to further develop and building on our excellent market reputation. We currently act for a number of global household names and overseas inward investors into London real estate. Additionally, we are also known for our market leading reputation in acting for a wide variety global corporate occupiers in their London office requirements particularly those operating in the AI, Fintech and Tech sectors.

We have existing strengths in the following:
- Prime Central London commercial property portfolio work, acting for UHNWs and Family Offices
- Corporate occupier work particularly acting for global fast growth tech, AI, fintech and venture capital companies
- Hotel Restaurant and Leisure clients
- Development and high value Prime Central London residential work
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years PQE. With both technical legal expertise and are keen to work on high-profile and fast moving real estate transactions and will also be keen to support partners in various business development initiatives. The workload would involve predominantly high value commercial real estate work consisting of investment acquisitions and disposals as well as landlord and tenant and management work and supporting a range of businesses in achieving their occupational real estate strategies.
It is critical that the successful candidate has developed their career in a core commercial real estate practice focusing on high profile and high value real estate work with a particular focus on London markets. Experience in providing real estate corporate support will also be useful although this is not essential.

Responsibilities
Working closely and supporting all of the real estate partners in a broad range of transactional real estate matters. Will involve the drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documents for sales, purchases, landlord, tenants and development matters.
