Responsibilities
As a Retail Associate, your everyday duties would include:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers with enthusiasm, assisting them, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Performing a variety of tasks such as:
- Cashier operations and handling transactions.
- Assisting customers in fitting rooms and providing product recommendations.
- Contributing to backroom operations and maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.
- Engaging in learning and development programs to build your expertise and foster growth within the team.
