Role Description
The Associate role at HNH ACADEMY is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting educational and operational activities. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with course preparation
- Organizing learning materials
- Providing support to instructors and learners through online channels
- Helping with scheduling, basic data entry, and documentation
- Responding to inquiries and coordinating communication among team members
- Contributing to process improvements
- Ensuring accuracy in records
- Helping maintain a positive, professional experience for learners
Working remotely, the Associate is expected to manage their time effectively, collaborate digitally with colleagues, and uphold the academy’s standards of quality and integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a remote, part-time environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with learners and team members through digital channels
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with online collaboration tools, document management, and virtual communication platforms
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and documentation
- A proactive, learner-focused mindset and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team

Beneficial Experience:
- Experience in education, training, or customer support
- Prior experience in remote or virtual work settings
Required Education:
- A high school diploma
- Additional education or relevant certifications in education, administration, or related fields are an advantage
