Position Overview
We are looking for an Associate to join our DIFC & Jersey Pod, supporting the Client Relationship Manager in delivering the day-to-day administration needs of a portfolio of DIFC & Jersey entities, including Protected Cell Companies (PCCs). This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to build hands-on experience in trust and company administration, the onboarding and set-up of PCC structures, and exposure to tokenization and digital asset structuring. Training will be provided, and the successful candidate will work closely with senior team members while progressively taking on more responsibility as their knowledge develops.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Client Relationship Manager in the day-to-day service delivery needs of a client portfolio, with a particular focus on DIFC and Jersey entities.
- Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required by the Client Relationship Manager, supporting a diverse and growing client portfolio, with a particular focus on DIFC and Jersey structures, across a variety of entity types including but not limited to companies, foundations, trusts, limited partnerships and Protected Cell Companies (PCCs).
- Assist with annual filings for clients, including DIFC annual returns and licence renewals, Jersey annual confirmation statements and JFSC filings, and the ongoing filing obligations of Protected Cell Companies at both core and cell level, under the guidance of the Client Relationship Manager.
- Assist the Client Relationship Manager in completing on-boarding and set-up procedures for new clients, with particular emphasis on DIFC and Jersey structures, application form preparation, and incorporation filings with the DIFC Registrar of Companies and the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC), in line with our policies and procedures.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of AML/CDD requirements under the DFSA (DIFC) and JFSC (Jersey) regimes and apply these measures to clients as applicable.
- Training on each jurisdiction’s nuances will be given, however a basic understanding of standard AML/CDD requirements and how they may apply to more complex ownership structures, would be advantageous.
- Undertaking compliance screening on client structures for review by management, training to be provided.
- Develop a working knowledge of tokenization and digital asset structuring, assisting senior team members with related client administration as required and building exposure to this growing area of the business.
- Support the implementation of our governance services, to include but not limited to assisting with arranging and attending board meetings in a company secretarial capacity (including cell-level governance for PCCs), preparation of board minutes and resolutions, and preparation of agreements from standard precedents, alongside maintenance of the governance tracker and any other administration duties required.
- Assisting clients with support from the Client Relationship Manager, with banking and exchange applications, to include traditional banks in the UAE and Jersey, as well as crypto exchanges and digital asset platforms.
- Ensure client records (Digital File Storage, CRAs, Entity Cards, Connected Carty Cards) are clearly updated with all correspondence and documentation.
- Communicate daily with management, clients and service providers via a variety of communication channels including Front (Email), Slack, and Google Meets, deferring to the Client Relationship Manager as required.
- Independently manage and organise your own workload, keeping task status updated on the Airtable Task Manager and Front.
- Demonstrate trustworthiness to the management team with honest and effective time management.
- Draft invoices as directed by the Client Relationship Manager or at established frequencies for approval by management.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
