Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate to expand our diversified platform. The successful candidate will originate and execute high-quality mandates, manage senior client relationships, and shape the firm’s market strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the firm’s partners, investors, and clients, driving growth and enhancing the firm’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement the firm’s market strategy in line with broader business objectives.
- Originate mandates across buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Assist in transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, investors, and intermediaries.
- Contribute to the overall growth and strategic development of the firm.

Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, M&A, or corporate finance.
- Demonstrated origination, underwriting, and strategic execution capabilities.
- Strong technical expertise in financial analysis, valuation, transaction structuring, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, capable of balancing long-term vision with disciplined execution.
