The Role
Reports to: Global Operations Manager
As a Production Relationship Associate at EightPM, you’ll support the execution of best-in-class brand integrations across some of the most-watched content in the world. You’ll work closely with our Production Relationship Managers (PRMs) to help get brands on set, track brand moments on screen, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a foundational role for someone looking to build a career in entertainment marketing and production. You’ll need to bring strong organisation, initiative, and communication skills and be ready to step up when the pace gets fast.
We’re looking for someone with up to 2 years of experience in a professional environment who understands basic workplace etiquette, accountability, and how to contribute effectively on a team.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate physical product logistics including inventory, shipping, on-time delivery, and post-production retrieval.
- Support the end to end process of identifying, connecting with, and integrating into high quality global reach productions.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) and internal tracking systems including the maintenance of process documentation.
- Manage our inventory, exchanging, receiving, and inspecting client property, as well as managing our physical and digital storage systems.
- Track and log final integrations in released content, providing high quality reports and summaries, and communicating results to key business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain working knowledge of the production landscape (TV, film, and branded content).
- Attend industry events alongside PRMs and represent the agency enthusiastically and professionally.
- Detailed ability to assist with reporting and internal performance tracking.
- Contribute to team culture, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Required Experience & Skills
- Up to 2 years of experience in a professional setting ideally in marketing, advertising, client service, or media.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
- Understands how to monitor and hit deadlines while spinning multiple plates.
- A team player who can shift seamlessly between following direction and taking initiative.
- Physically capable of lifting and transporting products (up to 23 kg).
- Comfortable with Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, and ideally HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- A passion for pop culture, streamable television, and film.
- Experience working in a high-performing team environment such as sports, military, sales or a similarly high performing, disciplined and collaborative setting.
- Bilingual preferred.
