Associate AB Testing Specialist

The Associate A/B Testing Specialist supports QVC UK, and helps drive digital optimisation through A/B testing and eCommerce trading insight.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park 2 days a week.
What You'll Do
Identify opportunities for A/B testing and support the design, setup, validation, and delivery of test plans Contribute to A/B testing and optimisation projects across multiple European markets, including the UK, Germany, and Italy Analyse test performance and clearly communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders Use analytics tools, including Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics, to track performance, report on outcomes, and support data-led decision making Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, UX, development, and analytics to improve customer engagement and conversion

Experience in A/B testing, ideally within an eCommerce or digital trading environment A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject Experience using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and turn findings into actionable insight Ability to manage multiple tests, timelines, and documentation accurately and simultaneously Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be an advantage A collaborative approach, with confidence working across teams and a genuine interest in continuous learning and optimisation best practice
