Associate Account Director, Europe & UK
The Associate Account Director, Europe & UK will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth across the region through the development and management of distribution partners, reseller networks, and strategic channel relationships. This individual will lead go-to-market activities, expand market coverage, identify new business opportunities, and drive demand generation initiatives that increase brand awareness and sales performance for Sonim and Rhino devices.

The ideal candidate combines strong channel sales experience with strategic account management capabilities and a proven ability to build partner ecosystems that generate sustainable revenue growth.
This is a 12-month contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent position, subject to business needs and individual performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors, resellers, VARs, and channel partners across Europe and the UK.
- Develop joint business plans with key partners to achieve sales targets and market expansion objectives.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market coverage and accelerate growth for Sonim and Rhino products.
- Generate new business opportunities through partner-led and direct customer engagement activities.
- Support distributors and resellers throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting through deal closure.
- Develop account growth plans for strategic customers and channel partners.
- Forecast sales performance and maintain accurate pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute regional strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience, plus 12 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in wireless, mobility, technology solutions, telecommunications, enterprise, or managed mobility services.
- Proven success selling to large accounts, distributors, resellers, VARs, channel partners, and Fortune 1000 clients/partners on a global scale.
- Experience with purpose-built hardware, managed mobility solutions, Android Enterprise, HubSpot or other CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Monday.com or other project management platforms preferred.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders, negotiate and close effectively, and lead large, multi-stakeholder deals from discovery through close.
- Proven ability to partner with sales teams, work cross-functionally with product and operations teams, drive growth and results, and navigate long-cycle enterprise procurement and contracting processes.
- Leadership approach that balances sound judgment with appropriate risk-taking, motivates others to action, organizes and oversees work, incorporates different points of view, and builds a team-oriented atmosphere while achieving key objectives.
