Role Overview:
The Associate Account Executive is a hybrid role designed as a development path into full Account Executive / Sales Executive responsibilities. You will combine inside sales activity with hands-on order processing, deal follow-up, and day-to-day client service support for a book of accounts managed alongside one or more Senior Account Executives.
You will act as a trusted point of contact for clients on order status, service requests, and account questions — much like a Client Service Manager — while also generating and qualifying new opportunities and supporting the Senior Account Executive team through the full sales cycle. You will be expected to attend on-site client meetings, build genuine relationships with client contacts, and represent IPC professionally in front of both prospects and existing clients.
This role is based in [New York City, London, Singapore, Hong Kong] working in the local Time Zone, with a hybrid schedule that includes regular in-office days and periodic on-site client visits. You will primarily engage with clients in [North America, ENEA, APAC] but may support meetings and collaboration across the broader global team as needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
