Department Description

Designed for multinational clients, Atradius Global is a specialist team dedicated to the individual trade credit insurance needs of multinational businesses. We provide a more personal and tailor-made response to multinational credit risk, a unique proposition within the credit insurance industry. Our team, on the ground in 50 countries, is exceptional in its reach and experience but primarily in its unity. Job Description

A vacancy has arisen for an Associate Account Manager position in the Global UK & Ireland Team in Cardiff. This is an entry level role, providing administrative support for the account team and providing customer centric support within the dedicated Global Customer Services Team. The position is being offered on a fixed-term contract for an initial two-year period, with the opportunity for the contract to be extended beyond this term.

The role involves daily contact with large organisations and requires you to manage a varied workload, from dealing with customer queries, to policy administration and invoicing.

Requirements For This Role

As a key contact for our multinational customers, you will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with Microsoft Teams and Copilot would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive, can-do approach.
  • Relevant business experience or a degree in a related subject.

This role would be ideal for candidates looking to start or develop a career in business or international customer relationship management.

You must have the right to work in the UK.
