Role Overview
Given Fresha’s exciting growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Associate Account Manager to join our global team.
Reporting directly to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will be accountable for:
Commercial Growth
- Engagement: Meeting key performance indicators on monetisation and revenue growth by proactively engaging, educating and nurturing Partner businesses on the value of the Fresha platform.
- Sales Cycle: Proactively introducing, educating, and converting Partners to Fresha’s payments solution.
- Market Trends: Optimising listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximise conversions.

Relationship Building
- Partnering: Serving as a dedicated advisor for your pool of Partners, assisting them in their journey toward product adoption.
- Advisory: Advising Partners on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Business Relationships: Building strong Partnership Experience by regularly engaging with your assigned Partner accounts through video calls or meetings and effectively communicating Fresha’s features and benefits.
- Internal Collaboration: Ensuring seamless transition and handover of Partners by maintaining strong relationships with the Sales and Onboarding teams.
- Product Feedback: Collaborating with the Product team to provide valuable insights and suggestions for future releases.
- Consultative Sales: Using consultative techniques to understand customer needs while having the ability to upsell and cross-sell the Fresha Platform.

What We Are Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience efficiently delivering commercial outcomes from a previous Account Management role.
- Closing Skills: Ability to effectively close deals, negotiate, and convert opportunities.
- Adaptability: Proven capacity to meet targets amidst a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Analytics: Experience utilising and analysing data for improved commercial performance and reporting.
- Curiosity & Proactivity: Naturally inquisitive, committed to continuous learning.
- Tele-prospecting or Sales Orientation: Previous experience in outbound calls or similar environments preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
- Innovative Approach: Problem-solving and creative thinking beacons.
- Relationship Building: Rare ability to build trust with stakeholders and foster strong Partnerships.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate, assist, and contribute actively to team efforts.
- Initiative: Self-starter mentality with a proactive business outlook.

Interview Process
- Screening Call: Video interview with a member of the Talent Team (30 mins).
- First-Stage Interview: Video discussion with Team Leads (30 mins).
- Final Presentation Stage: In-person interview with the General Manager (UK & Ireland) and Team Leads (75 mins).
We aim to complete the entire interview process and issue feedback within 2 weeks.
