Your Role
At Re-Leased, our Account Management team is at the heart of how we grow — not just as a business, but in the value we deliver to our customers every day. As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll be joining a high-performing team and building the skills, relationships, and commercial instincts that define a successful AM career. You’ll work alongside experienced Account Managers and Customer Success Managers, contributing to a dedicated portfolio of accounts across the UK region.
This is a role for someone who is genuinely curious about customers, motivated by commercial outcomes, and ready to grow into ownership. You’ll support upsell and renewal conversations, help customers get more value from the Re-Leased platform, and develop a deep understanding of the property management market.

Your Responsibilities
Support revenue targets by contributing to upsell and renewal conversations across your assigned accounts Contribute to ARR growth, developing your commercial instincts alongside experienced colleagues Provide tailored solutions that align our product suite to each customer’s business needs and goals Collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales to identify growth opportunities and support customers in getting the most from Re-Leased Build strong customer relationships and develop your ability to identify and progress commercial opportunities Maintain accurate client records, including contract updates, renewal timelines, and account activity Facilitate up-skilling and education for customers to maximise their use of the platform Develop your product knowledge and understanding of Re-Leased’s value proposition

Your Experience
Experience in a customer-facing or commercial role — this could be in SaaS, real estate, account management, sales, onboarding, or a similar discipline An appetite for commercial impact, with some experience in customer or revenue-related environments Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot), or a willingness to develop these skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Coach-ability and a genuine desire to learn — you seek feedback and act on it An interest in the commercial real estate or property management space is a bonus
