About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate / Analyst to join our Modern Workplace Practice. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in Power Platform and/or SharePoint who are looking to develop their skills in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Generative AI technologies.
As an Associate / Analyst, you will work alongside experienced consultants, engineers, and solution architects to design, build, and support AI-powered business solutions. You will help create intelligent agents, automate processes, enhance knowledge management solutions, and contribute to innovative client engagements that leverage Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot technologies.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to build expertise in one of Microsoft's fastest-growing technology areas while contributing to real-world business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Copilot Studio Development
- Configure, build, and maintain Copilot Studio agents and conversational experiences.
- Develop and optimize topics, prompts, actions, and knowledge sources.
- Test, troubleshoot, and improve agent performance and user experience.
- Support the integration of Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
Power Platform Development
- Develop and enhance Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse solutions.
- Assist in delivering low-code business applications and automation solutions.
- Support integration between Microsoft platforms and business systems.
SharePoint & Knowledge Management
- Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and content repositories.
- Assist in structuring content, metadata, and information architecture to support AI-driven knowledge experiences.
- Ensure knowledge sources are maintained and optimized for retrieval and accuracy.

Client & Project Support
- Participate in requirements gathering workshops and discovery activities.
- Assist in documenting business requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
- Support testing, deployment, and hypercare activities during project delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative business solutions.
Learning & Innovation
- Continuously develop skills in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Generative AI technologies.
- Contribute reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices.
- Participate in internal communities of practice, training programmes, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
Essential
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and/or Power Automate.
- Experience using or administering SharePoint Online.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 services and collaboration platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for learning emerging technologies and AI solutions.
Desirable
- Exposure to Copilot Studio, chatbots, or conversational AI technologies.
- Experience with Dataverse and Microsoft APIs/connectors.
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts and prompt engineering.
- Experience delivering client-facing technology solutions.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or related technologies.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a curious and proactive technology professional who enjoys solving business problems and learning new skills. You already have experience working with Power Platform and/or M365/SharePoint and are excited about expanding into the world of Generative AI and Copilot technologies.
