Associate Architect – Retail & Logistics
💰 £65,000 – £75,000 + Benefits
We're working with a globally recognised architecture and design practice that delivers major retail, commercial and logistics projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an Associate Architect to join their expanding team.
This is a delivery-focused position suited to an experienced Architect or Associate who enjoys leading complex projects, managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality technical delivery.
The Role
- Lead large-scale retail and logistics projects across all RIBA stages
- Oversee project delivery, coordination and programme management
- Review and coordinate technical drawing packages within a Revit environment
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and consultants
- Manage project risks, commercial considerations and contractual obligations
- Support the growth and development of the wider team

About You
- ARB registered Architect or Associate
- Experience delivering large-scale retail, logistics or commercial projects
- Strong technical knowledge and project delivery expertise
- Excellent Revit skills
- Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
