The Role
This is a senior leadership position within the education team, suited to someone confident in:
- Leading projects and teams
- Supporting business development alongside delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery across all RIBA stages
- Manage internal teams and external stakeholders
- Drive programme milestones and technical quality
- Support new business within the education sector

Key Requirements
- 10+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Proven experience in education project delivery
- Strong proficiency in Revit + AutoCAD
- Confident, client-facing leadership
- Robust design portfolio
- Experience with DfE (Department for Education) or framework contracts considered beneficial
