Associate, Asset Finance Broker Sales

Location(s): Glasgow, Southampton
Salary: £40,824 to £45,360
Hours: Full time

Working Pattern

What you'll be doing

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Asset Finance Broker Team as an Associate.

The Broker Relationship Manager role is an exciting opportunity within our growing and successful Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) Asset Finance Broker Team based in Glasgow. As an Associate, you'll work closely alongside the other Broker Relationship Managers to manage a panel of Asset Finance brokers to ensure an efficient service which meets both broker and client needs and deliver on our business targets.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Help deliver core Asset Finance targets and maximise business levels and profitability from existing and prospective LBG panel Brokers
  • Build and develop internal relationships with key stakeholders to leverage and grow broker opportunities.
  • Contribute and assist the Asset Finance business in delivering its' strategy alongside LBG in the market

What we're looking for

  • Ideally 2+ years of Relationship Management experience
  • Credit/Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication
  • Self/Work Organisation
  • Procedural/Product/Specialist knowledge; banking or asset finance experience
